Server/Service Settings
Auto logout - disconnect after inactive period (minutes): This setting controls when the system “auto logs out” a user if the server hasn’t received a heartbeat ping from the Respond device. A missing heartbeat ping typically implies that the device is out of cellular network/WiFi coverage, or the ZOLL Respond app is not responding. This setting should not be too low as it could result in logging people out prematurely. The recommended setting is 60 - 90 minutes. To disable this setting, use "-1."
Auto logout - check for inactive users (in seconds): This setting controls how often Respond checks for inactive users.
Push notification - disallow same message within (minutes): To prevent multiple push notifications, this setting stops the same notification from being sent again if it is with X minutes of the last message.
Firebase Server Key: This setting is used for push notifications that are sent to the ZOLL devices. Do not change this setting without ZOLL approval.
Logging level: The slider determines the amount of data concerning errors that will be logged. By default, the slider is set to "Error." Contact ZOLL Support before changing this level.
